The Stephanie Marie & Co. Experience

With an academic background in Sociology and Women's + Gender Studies, combined with 15+ years' in the Wedding and Event Planning Industry, Stephanie Marie understands that excellent event planning goes beyond aesthetics: it's not just about how it looks (we'll still make it stunning), but also about how it feels (+ is enjoyed): celebrating the relationships, each individual, their connections + love!

Stephanie ensures that each couple (and individual within) feels heard, seen and truly understood throughout planning, to create a journey that is collaborative, authentic, and bespoke.

We aren't concerned with building the Stephanie Marie & Co. portfolio, or creating a certain "look", we are focused on making it *your day* to remember + cherish forever.

So, please:

Bend the norms, break the traditions that don't fit -creating your own- to truly make it yours: using alpacas [or, insert: your favorite animal] as your bartenders, doing your grand entrance on the motorcycle that escorted you on your first date, having a fusion ceremony that blends your cultures seamlessly, joining your band onstage to sing a song or two while the love of your life hops in to play the drums - just do it (we're here for it)!

Any decent event professional can stay organized, guide you, and create a beautiful day (and you will experience the same with us); the truly talented pros make it an enjoyable adventure along the way: it isn't coincidence that Stephanie maintains lasting close friendships with the wedding couples and families that she serves; or, that she's known amongst fellow vendors as "the friendly planner".

Finally, we aren't afraid of a little hard work 💪. We're happy to do the heavy lifting. We're there for you from the start, with no limitations on the amount of correspondence once we begin working together (because why would we limit our valuable time together?). We're the first vendor on-site on day of your wedding, and the last vendor to leave, every time.

Begins immediately with signed contract & deposit

Coordination of any/all wedding-related events surrounding the wedding (Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Next-Day Brunch)
Budget formation (we’ll help you create a budget you can stick to, designed specifically for your unique wedding, informed by local expertise & adapted to fit each couple’s unique priorities)
Sourcing & recommending vendors
Vendor booking process + contracting
Full design services - bringing your vision to life

Includes crucial document / diagram development

Hand off / exchange of planned wedding details from the bride to the planner
Coordination of vendors / communications in the final weeks to the end of the wedding day
Edits to existing documents / diagram refinement & distribution to all vendors
Timeline review / refinement & distribution to all vendors

“Marry Me” Wedding Proposal Package

Let us set your proposal up for success, so you get the "yes".

Package Includes:

Floral bouquet / arrangement
Bottle of champagne in ice bucket with (2) champagne flutes
Dozen chocolate covered strawberries or (1) mini cake with necessary plate(s) + flatware & napkins
Romantic picnic decorative set up for (2) (this can be adjusted to fit the vision / space)
Marry Me: neon sign or light up letters or blanket
Location recommendations and coordination
All set up and break down / clean up of the above items
Recommendations of experienced local photographers, where we have existing, established relationships, who can be hired to capture your big moment
